Day 3 – Online Lecture
On the third day of President Ivanov’s School for Young Leaders, the participants had the opportunity to attend an online lecture.
The third day of the 14th School for Young Leaders of President Ivanov was reserved for the online lecture of Prof. Dr. Alexandra Kregler, assistant professor at the Department of Sociology at the University of Texas – Tyler in the USA.
With his inspiring presentation to the participants, prof. Kregler managed to capture all the sociological aspects of leadership, the behavior of leaders, the influence they have and should have in society, as well as the values and characteristics that characterize true leaders.
The former president of the Republic of Macedonia, Dr. Gjorge Ivanov, last month during his visit to the University of Texas-Tyler in the USA, signed an agreement on understanding and cooperation between the School for Young Leaders and the University of Texas-Tyler. In that direction, there will be several more lectures by other professors from this University, and several students are participants in the School.
