Successful 11th Day of the 13th School for Young Leaders of President Ivanov

The 11th day of President Ivanov’s School for Young Leaders began with a lecture delivered by Dr. Sani Şener, Vice President of TAV Airports and President of TAV Construction. He shared with the participants the managerial practices and his experience in the field in which he works. The participants had a wonderful opportunity to learn a lot about leadership and high management practices from Dr. Şener who has a really successful career behind him. Dr. Sani Şener is a long-time lecturer at the School for Young Leaders and is always highly rated by the participants.

Then, the participants followed the panel discussion which was focused on the topic “Moral leadership inspired by faith” which was moderated by Dr. Kosta Milkov, president of the Balkan Institute for Faith and Culture. The panellists that took part in the discussion were, Prof. Dr. Ali Pajaziti, professor at the North-Eastern European University in Tetovo, Rev. Canon Charles Cleverly, former rector of St. Aldates of Oxford and Prof. Dr. Milan Đorđević, professor at the Faculty of Theology in Skopje. After the speeches of the panellists, an interesting discussion started initiated by the questions from the participants.

This afternoon the participants of the School for Young Leaders attended the training about leadership conducted by MOTIVA, by Zoran Kostovski and Ranko Bezar, and they had the opportunity to emphasise their creativity and leadership skills through the interactive exercises.
